PLEASE NOTE: All pricing above is good for four (4) hours of fun. It also includes up to fifty (50) miles from downtown San Antonio. If outside of fifty (50) miles there will be an additional charge of $1.00 per mile. The load in must not be more than two (2) hours prior to the start of the DJ. If before the two (2) hour timeframe there could be more charges incurred if out of town.

Sound and light systems for a guest crowd of 1000 or more can be accomodated at an additional charge.
Additional items client should be aware of prior to booking a DJ:
If you would like for a DJ to provide services for both the wedding ceremony and reception additional charges could be incurred if the ceremony is in a different location.
Client will be required to provide a skirted banquet table 6' or 8' with chair and have it pre-set in the area where you want the DJ to set up. This way the table matches your decor and is ready for the DJ to load in and get set up in a timely manner.
In most cases the DJ will need just a standard outlet within close proximity of his set up.
The client should pre-arrange with venue/caterer to make sure that the DJ has water, iced tea and/or soft drinks available to him. He normally doesn't take a break throughout the entire event so it is just common courtesy to make sure that is arranged for him.
If the event exceeds four (4) hours a meal should be arranged for the DJ because again he will not get the opportunity to take a break during your event.
If event is outside you must arrange a cover for the DJ and his equipment.
If you are having a DJ for a pool party make sure to place the DJ far enough away so as not to pose a risk to your guests as well as the DJ.
