Once this contract is completed and returned via email it constitutes a contract between Sheridan Productions ("The Agency") and Sheridan DJ Service ("The Artist") to perform and agrees to provide such performance services under the following terms and conditions to the Client.  See the "ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS."
