The Client must return the completed Ceremony and Information Worksheets  at least two (2) weeks prior to the event to ensure the music selection at the event.

The Client is responsible to provide adequate security at the event.

In the event that the Client cancels the event, with at least thirty (30) days prior written notice from its scheduled date and time, detailed on the first page of this contract, no refund of any monies paid in advance to The Agency shall be made and the balance of the monies due to the agency shall be waived.

In the event that within the thirty (30) days of the event, as detailed on the first page of this contract, the Client cancels the event, or if the event fails to happen for any reason including acts(s) of God and/or closure by any local, state, or federal government agency, the full amount due shall be payable to The Agency.

The Client indemnifies The Agency and The Artist from any liability arising from the actions of the Client.

The number of persons attending the event can affect the said terms and conditions contained herein.

The requirements for both power and stage/space size is important and if other arrangements must be negotiated the Client is to contact the Agency in advance of the event.

If the event requires The Artist to be on the premises in excess of one (1) hour the Client is responsible for providing, water, iced tea and/or soft drinks at the stage.

If the event requires The Artist to be on the premises for an excess of four (4) hours the Client is responsible for providing The Artist a meal.

The Client is responsible for any cost from the venue site for stage and power requirements at no cost to The Artist or the Agency.

The Client is responsible for any any event insurance the venue site may required at no cost to The Artist or the Agency.

Performances requiring a show or schedule breaks for Client’s program will be mutually agreed to by The Artist, Agency and Client.

The Agreement of The Artist to perform is subject to proven detention by sickness, accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control.

This Contract constitutes the sole, complete, and binding agreement between the Agency, The Artist and the Client.

The Artist shall have access to the place of engagement as covered under HOURS OF ENGAGEMENT in this contract.

Outdoor Performances/Client assumes all risk!  When performance is to be held outside, the Client agrees to provide the proper grounding of electrical equipment and instruments to prevent any danger of hazard to The Artist. The Client shall bear the complete responsibility for providing: (A) A covered area protecting The Artist and all equipment from wind, direct sunlight, rain, or water run-off or, (B) An alternative indoor location for performance.  Any decision to change performance to an indoor location shall be made by the Client, The Agency, and The Artist jointly prior to set up of equipment (SEE LOAD IN TIME: ON FACE OF CONTRACT). Should the Client fail to make the above arrangements, The Artist may elect not to setup or perform or to terminate performance and full payment shall be due.  (C) If due to inclement weather or any other reason, The Artist is asked to strike and relocate, an additional charge (at the discretion of and determined by The Artist) will be due and payable at the completion of the event. If asked to relocate after initial set up has begun, The Artist will strike and reset as quickly as possible but the scheduled completion time of the engagement does not change.  The Artist are paid, rain or shine!
